Our semi-private Tap room towards the front of the pub is the ideal space for a casual get together. With it’s homely feel and warming fireplace incorporated right next to the bar, it’s easy to grab a drink, order a bite to eat and absorb the pub’s atmosphere.

This place has recently been refurbished but even before then staff are helpful and friendly and have twice accommodated my year group of 20 peers for Christmas meals. The food is good. They take allergies into account (options on set menus are amazing but the chef offers to change meals to make them gluten-free/vegetarian etc). Great vibe and again, very friendly staff.
